Timeline:
July 2009: Megatron arrives in city with malfunctioning communicator, rallies Decepticons to the cause of escape with possible payback. The Decepticons rallied are too few, so he puts out a call to any who are willing to meet him in the arena stands to discuss options for escape. Many come.
Plans start formulating, and he receives an ID scrambler from a herald of Unicron. Cometfall is put to work verifying and copying the design.
August 2009: Megatron and 6 other Decepticons (Malus, Blackout, Barricade, Glit, ??) share an apartment in the 6th zone. Megatron fights in the Decibel Arena for money, as does Barricade. Plans for stealing the portal in Zone 9 are made. Even Ironhide is recruited to the cause, and becomes friends with Magnum.
Beta Starscream is found underneath the Decibel Arena, leading Megatron to the eventual site of The Hollow.
Sept 2009: Megatron's apartment burns down due to Scorponok and Malus. They rent a hotel room for the duration of Operation: Infiltration.
Operatrion: Infiltration occurs. Megatron takes a team of seven (Optimus, Ironhide, Kino, SGMegs, Blackout, Depth Charge, and himself) down to the portal in Zone 9 to capture plans to build his own. SGPrime and Malus are sent to Zone 1 for Operation: Wildfire...to cause as much chaos as possible. Ironhide finds out who he is and becomes angry, as well as others (like SGMEgs).
After the operation ends, all Megatrons and Primes are captured by Shockwave to keep them safe while the Transtechs raid the city looking for them.
Oct 2009: Mikaela has a party, Megatron arrives last and helps her fix the door to her shop. IDW Soundwave arrives in the Nexus. Because of Operation: Wildfire, Megatron receives a great deal of backlash from the Autobot community. Depth Charge confronts him, as does Ironhide. He kills neither, but does send a message saying he will not be so generous a third time. The Decepticons find new residence in a warehouse in Zone 4.
November 2009: Tyran Soundwave arrives in the Nexus, and Sam departs it. Wishing to keep his pawns in place, Magnum arranges for Optimus to watch Mikaela to keep her out of Malus's hands. Optimus does his Matrix walk, and learns what happened to the primes and megatrons while they were with Shockwave. Soundwave starts getting on SGPrime's case about Megatron. Construction on the portal begins in the future Hollow location, Megatron hires independant contractors to assemble the individual parts for his engineers (Blackout and others).
December 2009: Portal construction continues. Malus considers recalling Blackout from Magnum's services, but Magnum gets to keep him for a while yet. Magnum knits with wire spools as he clears out the bodies from under the Decibel Arena and sells off the parts to fund the portal project. A Scorponok mop is made.
January 2010: To gain leverage with the Tyrans, Magnum collects Mikaela from Optimus (by smashing Roller) and exchanges her for Blackout. This causes the Autobots to unite against Magnum and Malus, storming his Zone 4 warehouse with support from Transtech security. Many are deported, Mikaela is killed.
Feb 2010: Magnum returns after his deportation and establishes the Hollow underground. Tyran Soundwave calls his decepticons back to him, but when Blackout tries to go Magnum knocks him out and ties him down, and lets Glit, Soundwave, and Dirge take whatever they want off him. Johnathan arrives in the Nexus, and contacts Megatron to join forces. Magnum winds up in Mikaela's body, and chaos ensues (Graham's kiss, Ironhide is angry, etc).
March 2010: Due to heightening tensions between Magnum and Malus, Malus makes a deal with SGPrime to have IDW Soundwave disposed of. SGPrime tracks him down, tortures him, and kills him. Magnum finds out from SG, and seeks out the pair in revenge, calling in Dirge and Black Arachnia as his backups, even young Optimus, Agatha, and Doctor Impossible offer to help. Magnum manages to survive due to their help, but is injured badly enough to need a new body.
April 2010: While waiting for his new body to be built, Magnum gets his personality stored in one of Soundwave's cassettes. This allows him to speak to various persons around the city without being noticed. He finds a good spot for his future Arena to be built in this form, and makes a few new friends (Barricade).
May 2010: The Hollow is remodelled by Lugnut, ending in Mikaela and Graham briefly captured. Blackout remains with Malus. Magnum finally gets his new, flight capable body, courtesy of Black Arachnia.
June 2010: Magnum hosts a meeting of the minds, inviting all who are willing to come and decypher the last of the portal pieces--this is where he recruits Skywarp. Box plots bring Blackout back into the Hollow, while the tyran is under the control of JEtstorm/Dirge. He also enters an uneasy truce with IDW Starscream. Lugnut and Dirge are given a mission to fake illegal Death matches in the Decibel arena so that it will be shut down, while work on his own Arena progresses. Amidst all this...he's turned human. Despite this, work continues, and he has Soundwave capture Jetstorm to retrieve Blackout's controll box.
July 2010: The festival of Pixels. Magnum goes with Mikaela to make a wish, then all the humans get together to be turned back into mechs. Jetstorm is turned into a cassette, and then fixed to prevent a war with Autobots. Blackout is officially made Magnums and the boxplot ends. A vague truce with the Autobots is reached. Magnum gets a guard dog, and has flying lessons with Skywarp.
August 2010: In an attempt to end Autobot resistance to his schemes and to have them distracted while he finishes the portal, Magnum has Black Arachnia engineer a personality virus. His Decepticons deliver it, taking their antidotes...only to find the antidotes do not all function, and the seeding of the virus is random. Many mechs are effected, but it wears off in time.
September 2010: Skywarp moves in to the Hollow. In a blaze of glory, the Decibel arena explodes in a great nuclear fission. Malus goes out fighting, and the entire area is cleared, leaving Magnum's Hollow and the portal subspace energy hidden under a blanket of radiation. In celebration of this, Magnum opens the Silver Bullet Arena. Unfortunately, not long after the opening, he's given his own virus by the Malgian Blackout under direction from the Malgian Megatron, and goes into hiding--instructing Soundwave to watch the cons and Skywarp to watch the Arena.
October 2010: Magnum returns to normal, awarding money to Jonathan for his assistance. Dirge is demoted from Air Commander due to his inability to keep Ironhide dead during Magnum's mishap with the virus. Magnum has an area spar with Malus, and spends the night with the Malgian Starscream afterward. However, the very next day Megatron is killed by Nemesis Prime after being lured into a trap by Shattered Glass Soundwave, in revenge for the virus he unleashed upon teh city. His body is ressurrected via 'the darkness' and is a zombie for Nemesis Prime. This means there are 'three' Magnums running around Axiom when he returns.

APRIL
Megatron returns after a half-year absense, unaware that he's been gone. He finds Isaac in the Hollow using Blackout's ID-bolt, and the puppet sitting on his throne that Johnathan built. This does not please him. He does take advantage of Soundwave's emotions to keep him for the night, however, and manages to placate an equally displeased Mikaela. Ani!Starscream takes Isaac from him and tells him that they got the portal working long enough for Isaac to fall through before it broke again, and Blackout is now gone. IDW!Ratchet works in his arena. Megatron makes a new alliance with Dexter, and additionally takes time to seduce Wing into assisting him (in exchange for helping build a new future for Cybertron.) Johnathan and Starscream have kept the Arena going while he's been gone, and have managed to turn a pretty profit with it. He confirms Slipstream has been recruited, and looks forward to working with her. He also has an extreme hatred of Soundwave and Nemesis.
Ani!Starscream contacts him to discuss something. Starscream wants to function as Megatron's equal, but Magnum is not so sure it will work. He agrees to give Starscream a trial period, however, so long as Starscream defers to him in times of emergencies. Starscream agrees.
He makes an alliance with Megamind to form energon cubes for transtechs that are shrunken snacks of organic and metallic foods.
MAY
He learns of dark energon from Alligned Breakdown.
A slew of kidnappings leave many people upset (Ironhide, Stormer, Isaac.) When IDW!Soundwave vanishes, Megatron takes action and mobilizes EVERYONE, offering Soundwave's private frequencies in a bid to track down where he's gone. This causes unlikely alliances with Ani!Prime talking to Movie!Wave, and Wing conversing with Vergil and Wheeljack to come up with a device to track the frequencies. They do not, however, manage to find Soundwave before he re-appears. All they manage to decypher is that his signal is DEFINITELY not within the nexus..which is something.
In the midst of this, Ani!Starscream breaks down finally, and Megatron is forced to make a decision between him and Dirge. He steals Dirge's spark shard to save Starscream, but this does not help and Starscream dies anyhow. He learns a bit about the future from a wrecker named Topspin, who speaks with him about the beginning of the war. This, however, does not calm Megatron, who is reeling from the continuous barage of bad luck. He asks about Decepticon burial procedures in order to send off Starscream, and learns about some of the differences in many worlds. Most seem to reuse scrap, or dispose of them in space.
JUNE
He revives Dirge, but the jet isn't happy and leaves to start his own place. Megatron beats up Dreamwave Starscream in an arena match, and also asks if anyone has other evidence to bring to the Transtechs about the kidnappings. People, it turns out, aren't pleased to see Starscream injured. People also don't know where his dog is, but the animated!Blackout manages to return it to him. It's the only good thing he gets.
Especially since Isaac conspires against him and makes off with half his portal parts and deletes half the work, getting picked up by Ironhide and leaving.
JULY
Wing asks Megatron for the device he used to track down Soundwave. Megatron is wary at first but agrees after a conversation with Wing.
Dirge reclaims the casino when the other Megatron gets deported, tries to get others to rally against Magnum. Magnum convinces Dexter to work as a 'double agent' so to speak, and learns from Dirge that he'd actually trusted Megatron at one point.
The Driller shows up in the Nexus and he talks with it. So does the Tyran Prime.
AUGUST
G1!Megatron (Magnus) attacks with his giant purple Griffin, burns a lot of Zone 5. Magnum doesn't care, but does help Optimus escape by warning him when security heads in. Wing babysits two transtechs. They, for some reason, really end up liking Megatron.
The festival of pixels is set to return, this time with the NIGHT OF MASKS. Wheatley arrives. Megatron 'apologizes' for laughing at Optarus while h was hanging upside-down, and offers to take in any Decepticons who were working for Magnus. The Grand Prix race is run and many mechs compete, with Topspin winning (followed by Sunstreaker and Override). The Pixel tree returns, and then the NIGHT OF MASKS. Megatron has his decepticons infiltrate, and nearly ends up spending the night with Wing until he figures out who it is. He takes up with Optimus at that point, thinking he's an official, and ends up going with him until--oops.
SEPTEMBER
DW!Starscream is kidnapped by the transtechs. Hot Rod finds poetry by 'Megaton' in Wing's room and reads it over the network.
OCTOBER
IDW!Ratchet leaves, sending Megatron a private message thanking him for getting to talk. Megatron and G1!Percy make some vague deals. One of Wing's charges looses a leg.
Megatron starts buying real-estate in Zone 7 in preparation for a much bigger plot. (fixing it up and making a town of folks loyal to him) Prime Starscream arrives in the Nexus. Megatron snatches him up and he allows it, reluctantly,not being impressed with the Arena.
The trick or treat 'doors' event occurs, and some folk end up a little changed based on whatever kid costume they got.
Megamind reveals his changes to Megatron's park, Megatron is furious! However, Megamind offers a compromise.
NOVEMBER
Breakdown completes work on a race-track/demolition-track in the Arena. Wheatley portals around. Drift arrives.
Axiom Nexus Security finally has enough information from the populace to convinct the Transtech Shockwave. Everyone who was a part of his experiment and who cooperated are being sent home. Megatron, aware that he's been UNCOOPERATIVE, prepares the Hollow for an attack, awaits security, and then explodes his underground base to kill as many of them as he can. He gets many unexpected allies in this, and even Prime tries to talk him out of it.
The blast from the explosion hits--and propels him elsewhere.
